· Minimize the use of electricity and generating equipment, using only one, with noise and emissions reduction measures.

· Maximize the use of natural light: the event will take place with 100% natural light, taking advantage of the hours of sunlight that we will have on those days in the month of May.

· Promote the generation of renewable energy: use of some photovoltaic panels

· We will not use water for the event, except at some times at midday, only if there is too much sun for it to burn the sand, in which case we would soak the sand as little as possible so that it does not burn the feet of athletes in their matches.

· The water supply will be taken into account through the beach’s own sea to cool off and the public spa that is open in the area every day of the year.

· Promote responsible water consumption, raising awareness about the importance of not wasting water in daily use and its responsible use.

· The water to drink during the event will be returned in the same bottle to use only what is necessary.

· Size purchases based on the needs of the event

IN ADDITION, DURING THE EVENT AND ON LATER DATES, THERE WILL BE MORE ACTIONS IN PURSUIT OF SOME OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS AND THE CANARY AGENDA 2030, FOR EXAMPLE:

– WE WILL COLLABORATE WITH AN NGO FROM THE CANARY ISLANDS THAT WORKS IN FAVOR OF PEOPLE WITH SIGNIFICANT POVERTY RATES AND WITH ANOTHER NGO THAT WORKS IN FAVOR OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUSTAINABILITY IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

– ACTIVITY WITH SCHOOLS TO PROMOTE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND SPORTS, IMPACTING GOOD NUTRITION

– PROMOTION OF GENDER EQUALITY, NON-VIOLENCE, RESPECT FOR DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

– VIOLET POINT AGAINST GENDER VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT
